Security & Scam Awareness Notice

Please be aware of increasingly sophisticated online booking and email scams. We will only ever communicate with you using our official, verified email addresses. We will never ask you to send sensitive financial or personal information, such as passwords or credit card details, directly via email, text, or WhatsApp.

Always check payment links carefully before clicking or entering your information. Any legitimate payment or booking modification should be handled directly through our secure, official booking platform or via a trusted Australian payment gateway. If you receive an email claiming to be from us that demands urgent payment, includes suspicious attachments, or contains payment links with non-Australian web addresses, do not interact with it. Instead, contact us directly using the verified contact details on our website to confirm the request.
