General Information:

Reception Hours:

  • Reception hours are seasonal (Peak & Shoulder: 9.00am – 6.00pm & Low Season: 9.00am – 5.00pm)
  • Guests arriving outside these times please contact reception during reception hours on 9752 1544 to make alternative arrangements for key collection and check-in.

Check In/Check out:

  • Check in time – 2pm (we do try to accommodate early check-in requests where possible)
  • Check out – 10am (late check-out fees may apply)

General:

  • Although every effort will be taken to accommodate our customer’s requirements, specific requests cannot be guaranteed.
  • Bookings are NON-TRANSFERABLE to other persons.
  • Persons under 18 years of age must be accompanied by their parent or guardian.
  • We do not accept Leavers (schoolies) bookings

Motel Units

  • All linen is supplied for Units
  • No-smoking is allowed
  • Units are serviced daily

Booking terms and conditions:

Once a booking is confirmed, a contract exists with Busselton Motel and you accept the terms and conditions of your booking. 

  • Full payment is required to secure your online booking with Busselton Motel.
  • One-night deposit is required when booking direct with the Motel.
  • Your credit card payment will be processed for the relevant charge. You will receive confirmation to the email address supplied.

Right of refusal:

We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person we believe:

  • not to be the person on the booking request.
  • not to be the same person named on the credit card or authorized to use the card.
  • not to be able to pay charges.
  • for fraudulent and/or misleading information when making the booking.
  • Attempting to book for a Leaver (Schoolies celebration)

Cancellation Policy

Low/ shoulder Season

  • Booking cancellations must be made more than 7 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation is made within 7 days, your deposit will be forfeited.
  • All cancellations must be in writing.
  • A cancellation fee of $30 applies in every instance to all cancelled confirmed bookings.

Peak Season (Christmas, Easter and Long Weekends)

  • Booking cancellations must be made more than 30 days prior to arrival date. If a cancellation is made within 30 days, your deposit will be forfeited.
  • All cancellations must be in writing.
  • A cancellation fee of $30 applies in every instance to all cancelled confirmed bookings.

Refund Policy:

General

  • All refunds and transfer requests must be in writing.
  • If a refund is requested due to illness or emergency, proof may be required to enable a refund or balance transfer.
  • Balance transfers will only be given in certain situations and must be used within 6 months of original booking.
  • No refunds are given for early departures, cancellations or changes once arrived.
